Guests of our snow sports school are not insured against accidents. The according insurance is the affair the guests themselves.
The snow sports school rrejects any liability.
Lessons in groups take place from 4 people and in all weather conditions. If the minimum of 4 people cannot be reached, groups of about the same level can be pooled together or gathered together between the ski schools of the region.
We advice you to book your lessons well in advance fort he specific snow sports school in your location. Your reservation is only valid, from when you have paid the course in our office, the evening before the course starts at latest.
Private lessons take place in all weather conditions. The snow sports school guarantees the reservation only, when you have paid the lessons before the ski school office closes, the evening before the lessons take place at latest (see opening hours).
Cancellations need to be done until 5pm the day before the lessons are booked for. Otherwise the complete price according to the booking will be charged.
Tickets for lessons are personal and not transferable.
Refunds are only made due to accident or illness, only with a medical certificate.
Used days will be charged according to the pricelist. Every begun day will be charged fully.
Only multi-day tickets will be refunded.
